JKSSB Fresh Exam Calendar 2024:
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board announced the fresh exam calendar 2024 for May Month for the various posts in the different departments of the Jammu and Kashmir UT. JKSSB released the advance notice for the conduct of examinations for the various posts in different departments on Friday i.e. 5 April 2024 on the official website of the JKSSB i.e. jkssb.nic.in.
JKSSB said ” It is hereby notified for the information of aspirants/candidates that the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) is going to conduct written test for various posts tentatively as per the details given in Annexures A, B, and C’ ” in this notice.
JKSSB also said that the syllabus for these posts has already been notified by the Board and is enclosed as Annexures P, Q, and R.
This is an Advance Notice for the information of concerned candidates. The exact date along- with the schedule of downloading Admit Cards and the centers for the examination for various posts shall be notified separately by the board in due course of time.
The candidates are also advised to be in touch with the JKSSB‘s official website (www.jkssb.nic.in) for the latest updates on the examinations and Admit cards will not be sent by post.
The JKSSB conducts examinations for various posts such as:
- JKSSB is conducting exams for the various posts in the Jal Shakti Department under Advertisement No. 02 of 2021 under various items no. 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, and 016 for the posts of Mechanic and Electrician, the tentative exam date for these posts is 05-05-2024.
- JKSSB is conducting exams for the various posts in the Transport Department and Estates Department under No. 02 of 2021 and 04 of 2022 respectively under various items no. 082, 084, 085, and 132 for the posts of Fitter, Welder, Electrician, and Plumber the tentative exam date for these posts is 05-05-2024.
- JKSSB is conducting exams for the various posts in the Animal/SheepHusbandry & Fisheries Department under Advertisement No. 04 of 2022 under various items no. 153 and 154 for the posts of Electrician, the tentative exam date for these posts is 05-05-2024.
- JKSSB is conducting exams for the various posts in the Higher Education Department under Advertisement No. 06 of 2020 under various items no. 196, 197, 200, and 201 for the posts of Workshop Instructor, the tentative exam date for these posts is 05-05-2024.
- JKSSB is conducting exams for the various posts in the Hospitality & Protocol Department under Advertisement No. 06 of 2020 under various items no. 206, 207, 210, and 211 for the posts Table Boy, Waiter, and Room Bearer the tentative exam date for these posts is 19-05-2024
- JKSSB is conducting exams for the various posts under ARI & Training Department Advertisement No. 05 of 2020 under various items no. 169, 170, 175, 176, and 177 for the posts of Copy Holder (English), Copy Holder (Urdu), Copy Holder, Proof Reader, and V-Copy Holder the tentative exam date for these posts is 26-05-2024.
